 General requirement :

1. Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
2. 2 (two) years experience in a similar position in a 4/5* Hotel
3. Proven Leadership skills
4. Good communication skills both verbal and written
5. Must be able to speak, read and write in English
6. Familiar with hotel computer systems
7. Ability to respond efficiently to several demanding situations
8. Ability to cope with a variety of tasks and situations in an efficient
